We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns. In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support. The return fee will be charged extra.

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery. Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partners. You would see an option to cancel within the ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of your account then select the item or order you want to cancel. Order cannot be canceled once it is out for delivery.
